Andrew has over 10 years’ work experience in the infrastructure policy and advisory spaces. Andrew’s background consists of providing strategic policy and commercial advice to senior officials within the public and private sectors that advanced large scale infrastructure initiatives spanning the local and national levels in Canada, the US and UK.
Andrew joined Steer in 2022 after working with the Federal government in Canada with Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada. Before working with the Federal government, Andrew had progressive leadership positions at the provincial level, working with the Ontario Ministry of Infrastructure and Metrolinx. Through these experiences, Andrew built strong relations at the national and regional levels that have helped shape marquee infrastructure policies and initiatives throughout Canada.
Andrew leads projects that support the Strategy and Business Case advisory offer within Steer, with clients spanning internationally in Canada, the US and UK.
