Jon has over 17 years’ experience and is an expert in demand and revenue forecasting, transport modelling and business case development, having worked across the international infrastructure and UK public sectors.

Jon started developing models of the interactions between traffic and urban structure as part of his doctoral research at the University of East Anglia. This led naturally to a consultancy career at Steer where he has now worked for 14 years and developed expertise in transport modelling, forecasting, business case, and strategy development.

At Steer, Jon manages the UK infrastructure team and helps clients realise their goals in the funding, financing and competitive bidding for transport infrastructure in both the public and private sectors internationally.
